you need to find …
you need to find out how many calories you are burning and then eat more then that everyday, to gain muscle you do want to make sure you are getting 20-30 grams of protein along with a more complex carb(4 grams of carb to each gram of protein) and the within 30- 60 minutes after workout make sure you get another 20-30 grams of protein and a simple carb(I drink juice) to get to your muscle fast…sounds more difficult then it is..start slow and build great habits:)

Oh, I do eat healthy meals, I cook from scratch,it is also important to me I make sure I feed my family healthy too:) I am just cutting out all the junk and making sure I am constantly feeding my muscle what they need…I cant eat that Much….but you think I always look tired??:( you should see me when I am tired…

Nice video! My daily macronutrients are mostly between 50-70% carbs, 25-40% protein and in general no more than 10% fat. I also use similar supplements, as L-glutamine, BCAA’s, CFM Whey, and minerals. If you don’t eat too far under your TDEE, be a little careful with multivitamins. I got a hypervitaminosis (retinol) last year from taking multivitamin capsules. Symptoms are among other things hair loss. Scared me much. In fact I really don’t needed them.
